I visited your Willenhall practice recently, and, after years of no complaints, my last visit left a lot to be desired. The receptionists attitude was very rude, on the phone and in person. Instead of making people feel relaxed at what can be a very stressful time, her responses were not at all amiable. The actual dentist was fine.
