    This is a review on reception staff not my lovely dentist Laura. I arrived at one twenty for my two o’clock Appointment I do not drive Buses are very unreliable often not turning up So for appointments one has to be very early and hope for a bus I do not think NHS appointments should kept waiting. so am always early and will wait for appointed time. On this day May23 the wettest coldest day of the week the bus broke down and we were stuck on cold bus for half an hour. This is par for the course hence why one must be very early for any appointment. When I arrived door was locked for lunch. I have not been aware of closing times not on your website. These staff were aware I was at door as they were sitting by windows. I was obviously freezing and wet. I am aware lunch break important and was made aware of this when let in just before 2 Where is the compassion for a woman in her 70s to be left in freezing rain. No exaggeration. Protocol important but where is common sense I could sat or stood well away from them ! Why give me an appointment at 2 but not say about closing Where dentist is situated there is absolutely no where to go or shelter I just can not believe I could be treated this was by a supposedly caring profession
