I am a long-standing customer, and up to last Friday always left with a smile….
Appointment on Friday was held up about 40 minutes (fair enough} but when called in I met a dentist with a foreign accent – who,, despite my appointment being registered as an Emergency, would not do ANYTHING
Nothing!
I left with no smile – and I WANT TO KNOW WHY I WAS TREATED SO!
