Refused emergency treatment due to an outstanding balance that I can’t afford at he moment, found out from NHS 24 that they are absolutely not allowed to refuse emergency treatment. Have a raging infection and broke tooth, had to take time off work. Previously has an infection in a different tooth but they had sealed it so it couldn’t drain. Took around 4 days for them to remove the seal so it could drain. Awful dentist.
