So the dentist and hygienist that I used to see- neither are working there anymore! I used to travel across Birmingham to see them.
I decided to go ahead and continue using the new hygienist. I made an appointment that got rearranged twice. On the second time they informed that she was never working on that day. I had booked a morning off work to attend. They said there were no more appointments for over a month but I could call every morning to see if there were any cancellations. I told them that I was yes a refund and they said I’d have to fill in a form and wait TWO weeks
The service was great. Dr Padwa was so lovely and put me at easy. He just told me to take my time as i was so nervous. He talked me through everything what was going to happen.
